HEY THERE!

I'm Laurie Jeanne, a freelance lifestyle photographer. Born and raised in Massachusetts, I found my passion for photography a little over two decades ago, but I really started appreciating the value of a photograph after my daughter was born back in 2010 and if I am being really honest, after I lost my parents because photographs were all we had left.  We only get this one precious life to live and well..... all those really big and all those really little moments in time deserve to be captured as a life well lived. 

My photography style is unique and unscripted, just like life truly is. I see life in layers, the light, the shadow, and every breath in between.  My work is about catching truth in motion: the unscripted glance, the laughter that escapes, and the quiet seconds no one plans for but everyone remembers.  I believe the most powerful images aren't perfect; they're honest.  They hold texture, emotion, and a little bit of grit.  I aim to preserve what's real because authenticity never goes out of style. 

I love hearing my clients stories, capturing the emotion they convey, and being the lens behind all the wisdom they've gained along the way.  My work isn't about forcing a vision, it is about finding yours.  Everyone steps in front of the camera with a story and my job is to help them see it clearly.  I don't believe in cookie-cutter poses or "Instagram perfect" sessions where every client gallery looks the same.  Real moments aren't duplicated, they are discovered.  I capture people the way they want to be remembered: authentic, candid, and beautifully unscripted.
